1. (a) In this part the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Advisory Committee” means the Land Preservation Rapid Response Advisory Committee.
3. (c) “Board of Trustees” means the Board of Trustees of the Maryland Environmental Trust.
4. (d) “Executive Committee” means the Executive Committee of the Maryland Environmental Trust.
5. (e) “Fund” means the Local Land Trust Revolving Loan Fund.
6. (f) “Land trust” has the meaning stated in § 3-2A-01 of this article.
7. (g) “Program” means the Local Land Trust Revolving Loan Program.
8. (h) “Trust” means the Maryland Environmental Trust.
