1. (a) Any club or association holding a field trial during closed hunting season may not shoot or attempt to shoot any game bird or mammal or protected bird.
2. (b) Game birds bred, raised, or purchased in captivity may be shot in flight immediately upon release at retriever trials after being positively identified.
