1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Conserve”, “endangered species”, “nongame species”, “species”, and “threatened species” have the meanings stated in § 10-2A-01 of this article.
3. (c) “Fund” means the State Chesapeake Bay and Endangered Species Fund established under § 1-702 of this subtitle.
4. (d) “Income tax checkoff system” means the checkoff system established under § 2-110 of the Tax-General Article.
