Md. Code Ann., Local Gov't § 30-102 – Established

(a) There is a Baltimore City Police Department Death Relief Fund.
(b)
1. (1) The Fund is an instrumentality of the State.
2. (2) The Fund is the successor relief fund to any previous relief fund administered by the Police Commissioner of Baltimore City.
