1. (1) the county board of elections;
2. (2) the State's Attorney's office in the county;
3. (3) the sheriff's office in the county;
4. (4) the county board of alcoholic beverages license commissioners; and
5. (5) except for the office of a clerk of court, the circuit court of the county.
