1. (a) The provisions of §§ 9-105 and 9-106 of this article apply to an act, an ordinance, or a resolution adopted under this section.
2. (b) The County Commissioners of Washington County may adopt licensing requirements for home builders.

3. (c) The County Commissioners of Washington County may:

   1. (1) set a license fee; and
   2. (2) require an applicant or licensee to provide a performance bond.
