1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Affected property” has the meaning stated in § 6-801 of the Environment Article.

3. (c)

   1. (1) “Residential property” means a building or a portion of a building that provides complete living facilities, including facilities for cooking, sanitation, and sleeping.

   2. (2) “Residential property” includes:

      1. (i) a single-family unit in a multifamily dwelling; and
      2. (ii) a “rental dwelling unit” as defined under § 6-801 of the Environment Article.
