1. (1) the revitalization and redevelopment activities of the Commission in the county, including:

   1. (i) the organization or management of any revitalization or redevelopment activities of the Commission; and
   2. (ii) consolidation of Commission activities with the redevelopment authority of the county; and
2. (2) the management and marketing of enterprise operations by the Commission in the county, including consolidation of Commission activities with the revenue authority of the county.

The county, by local law, may provide for:
