1. (a)

   1. (1) The Commission shall publish each year a report describing the work of the Commission for the previous year, in the detail that the Commission considers appropriate.

   2. (2) The report required under this subsection shall include:

      1. (i) land acquisitions;
      2. (ii) financial transactions;
      3. (iii) personnel matters; and
      4. (iv) litigation and disposition of violations.

2. (b) The Commission may publish pamphlets describing:

   1. (1) the law administered by the Commission; and
   2. (2) subdivision, zoning, and other regulations adopted or enacted by the Commission or the district councils.
3. (c) The Commission may charge a fee for a publication issued under this section to cover any of the cost of the publication.
