  1. (a)

    1. (1) From among its appointed members, a planning commission shall elect a chair.

    2. (2)

      1. (i) The term of a chair is 1 year.
      2. (ii) A chair may be reelected.
  2. (b) A planning commission may establish and select other officers that it considers appropriate.
