1. (a) Except as otherwise expressly provided in this title, each minor who is a covered employee shall be deemed an adult for purposes of this title.
2. (b) Except as otherwise provided in this title, a person other than the minor covered employee does not have a cause of action or right to compensation for an injury to the minor covered employee.
