1. (1) adjust, compromise, or settle any claim or judgment for a contribution, reimbursement payment, or interest assessed against an employing unit;
2. (2) accept a lesser amount; or
3. (3) issue a release of claim or satisfaction of judgment.

If the Secretary determines that the best interests of the State will be served, the Secretary may:
