1. (1) carry the license; and

2. (2) show the license:

   1. (i) to each person with whom the licensee intends to deal as a farm labor contractor; and
   2. (ii) on request, to an authorized employee or official of the State.

While a licensee is performing a farm labor contracting service in the State, the licensee shall:
