1. (a) In this Part II of this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Challenged ballot” means the ballot of an individual whose eligibility to vote in a consent election is challenged.
3. (c) “Petition” means a petition for permission to enter into an agreement under which the Mediation Service will conduct a consent election.
