1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Board” means a board of arbitration formed under this subtitle to settle a labor dispute.
3. (c) “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Labor and Industry.
4. (d) “Mediation Service” means the State Mediation and Conciliation Service.
