1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Board” means the Board for the Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company.
3. (c) “Company” means the Chesapeake Employers' Insurance Company.
4. (d) “Fund” means the Injured Workers' Insurance Fund established under Title 10 of the Labor and Employment Article.
