1. (1) requires an applicant to provide the basic information normally supplied to an insurer by an applicant for that type of coverage; and
2. (2) includes certain additional questions to be answered by the applicant.

In this subtitle, “antiarson application” means an application for property insurance covering the peril of fire that:
