Definitions

  1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
  2. (b) “Board” means the Juvenile Services Education Board.
  3. (c) “Residential facility” means any facility listed in § 9-226 of this title.
  4. (d) “Superintendent” means the Juvenile Services Education Program Superintendent.
