1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

2. (b) “Agency” includes:

   1. (1) the Office of the Attorney General;
   2. (2) the Department of Budget and Management;
   3. (3) the Department of Disabilities;
   4. (4) the Maryland Department of Health;
   5. (5) the Department of Housing and Community Development;
   6. (6) the Department of Human Services;
   7. (7) the Department of Juvenile Services;
   8. (8) the Department of Natural Resources;
   9. (9) the Department of Planning;
   10. (10) the Department of Public Works;
   11. (11) the Department of State Police;
   12. (12) the State Department of Education;
   13. (13) the Department of Transportation; and
   14. (14) the Department of Aging.
3. (c) “Children” means individuals under the age of 14 years.
4. (d) “Commission” means the Commission on Trauma-Informed Care.
5. (e) “Older adult” means an individual at least 60 years old.
6. (f) “Trauma-informed care” has the meaning stated in § 10-701 of the Health--General Article.
7. (g) “Youth” means an individual at least 14 years old and under the age of 26 years.
