Board of Directors—Quorum; Meetings; Compensation; Staff

  1. (a) Six members of the Board are a quorum.
  2. (b) The Board shall meet at least quarterly or more often as necessary to carry out its duties efficiently.

  3. (c) A member:

    1. (1) may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but
    2. (2) is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations1 as provided in the State budget.
  4. (d) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a member may not financially benefit directly or indirectly from the activities of the Fund.
  5. (e) The Department shall provide staff to the Board.
