Purposes

<Section effective upon occurrence of contingency specified in Acts 2025, 1st Sp. Sess., c. 6, § 2; Acts 2025, 1st Sp. Sess., c. 13, § 2.>

The purposes of the Program are to:

  1. (1) select one or more nonprofit training entities to participate in the Program; and
  2. (2) provide additional funding mechanisms to assist eligible individuals in the Program.
