1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
2. (b) “Department” means the Department of Disabilities.
3. (c) “Initiative” means the Maryland as a Model Employer Initiative.
4. (d) “Office” means the Office of Disability Employment Advancement and Policy.
5. (e) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Disabilities.
