Duties of Secretary

The Secretary shall:

  1. (1) implement a FIP that meets the requirements of this subtitle and federal law;
  2. (2) supervise the administration by local departments of the FIP under this subtitle;
  3. (3) cooperate with the federal government in matters of mutual concern pertaining to federal funding for the FIP; and
  4. (4) adopt regulations to carry out this subtitle.
