Executive Director

Effective Oct 1, 2007Added by Acts 2007, c. 3, § 2, eff. Oct. 1, 2007.State of Maryland
  1. (a) The Secretary shall appoint an executive director of the Commission.
  2. (b) The executive director shall be a merit employee of the Department.
  3. (c) The executive director is entitled to the compensation provided in the State budget.
