1. (a) A political test or political qualification may not be used in selecting, appointing, promoting, or taking any other personnel action with respect to an officer, agent, or employee of the Corporation.
2. (b) Employees of the Corporation are entitled to salaries as provided in the budget of the Corporation.
3. (c) Employees of the Corporation are not employees of the State.
