1. (a) The Secretary shall solicit grant proposals to implement the Program priorities approved by the Governor and the General Assembly under § 10-603(a) of this subtitle.
2. (b) With the advice of the Commission, the Secretary shall award grants funded in accordance with the approved Program priorities.
3. (c) The Secretary shall provide for the evaluation, by recognized authorities in the field of services to seniors, of the programs funded by the grants.
