1. (a) The Board may establish a school to:

   1. (1) Teach mortuary science; and

   2. (2) Gather and give out information on:

      1. (i) Sanitation;
      2. (ii) Preservation of dead human bodies; and
      3. (iii) Disinfection of dead human bodies, living areas, clothing, and bedding when death results from infectious disease.

2. (b) The Board may adopt rules and regulations for:

   1. (1) The conduct of the school;
   2. (2) Payment of tuition fees;
   3. (3) Admission of students; and
   4. (4) Issuance of diplomas.

3. (c) The cost of operating the school shall be derived from:

   1. (1) Tuition fees;
   2. (2) License examination fees;
   3. (3) License fees; and
   4. (4) Renewal fees.
