- (a) The Board shall issue a license to any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle and any regulations adopted by the Board to carry out this subtitle.
- (b) The Board may not adopt regulations to establish qualifications of applicants that are more stringent than the qualifications established under this title for applicants for a license to practice audiology.
