- (a) If, after a hearing under § 15-315 of this subtitle, a disciplinary panel finds that there are grounds for discipline under § 15-314(a) of this subtitle to suspend or revoke a license of a physician assistant, reprimand a licensed physician assistant, or place the licensed physician assistant on probation, the disciplinary panel may impose a fine subject to the Board's regulations in addition to suspending or revoking the license, reprimanding the licensee, or placing the licensee on probation.
- (b) The Board shall pay any fines collected under this section into the General Fund of the State.
- (c) In addition to any sanction authorized under this subtitle, a disciplinary panel may require a licensee to comply with specified terms and conditions determined by the disciplinary panel.
