- (a) To qualify for a license to practice genetic counseling, an applicant shall be an individual who meets the requirements of this section.
- (b) The applicant must be of good moral character.
- (c) The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- (d) The applicant must be a graduate of an appropriate education program approved by the Board.
- (e) The applicant shall submit to the Board satisfactory evidence of certification by a national certifying organization approved by the Board.
- (f) The applicant shall complete a criminal history records check in accordance with § 14-308.1 of this title.
- (g) The applicant shall meet any additional education, training, or examination requirements established by the Board.
