- (a) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, a licensed physician may not employ or supervise an individual practicing radiation therapy, radiography, nuclear medicine technology, or radiology assistance without a license.
- (b) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, an employer may not employ an individual practicing radiation therapy, radiography, nuclear medicine technology, or radiology assistance without a license.
- (c) A disciplinary panel may impose a civil penalty of up to $5,000 for employing an individual without a license under this section.
- (d) The Board shall remit any penalty collected under this section into the General Fund of the State.
