Additional powers and duties of Committee

(1) Shall:
(i) Develop and recommend to the Board:
- 1. Regulations to carry out this subtitle; and
- 2. Any statutory changes that affect the profession; and
- (ii) Keep a record of its meetings; and
(2) May:
- (i) Provide recommendations regarding the practice of radiation therapy, radiography, nuclear medicine technology, and radiology assistance; and
- (ii) Advise the Board on any other matters related to radiation therapists, radiographers, nuclear medicine technologists, and radiologist assistants.
In addition to the powers set forth elsewhere in this subtitle, the Committee:
