- (a) Any person aggrieved by a final decision of the Board or a disciplinary panel in a contested case, as defined in the Administrative Procedure Act,1 may take a direct judicial appeal as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act.
- (b) An order of the Board or a disciplinary panel may not be stayed pending review.
- (c) The Board may appeal from any decision that reverses or modifies an order of the Board or a disciplinary panel.
