1. (a) Within 30 days after receiving a request from the Board, a compact physician shall provide to the Board verification, on a form provided by the Board, that the compact physician satisfies the requirements for licensure under this subtitle.
2. (b) Refusal by a compact physician to provide the verification requested under subsection (a) of this section may not be considered a basis for denial of a license under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact established under § 14-3A-01 of this title.
