(a)
- (1) The Governor shall appoint the chair of the Board.
- (2) The term of office of the chair is 2 years.
- (b) From among its members, the Board shall elect any officers, other than the chair, that it considers necessary.
(c) The Board shall determine:
- (1) The manner of election of officers;
- (2) The term of office of each officer; and
- (3) The duties of each officer.
