1. (a) A majority of the full authorized membership of the Board is a quorum to do business.
2. (b) The Board shall determine the times and places of its meetings.

3. (c) Each member of the Board is entitled to:

   1. (1) Compensation determined by the Board and in accordance with the budget of the Board; and
   2. (2) Reimbursement for expenses at a rate determined by the Board.

4. (d) In accordance with the budget of the Board, the Board may employ:

   1. (1) A staff; and
   2. (2) Experts and consultants to obtain information and advice that relate to physical therapy.
