1. (a) The Board shall register as a pharmacy technician any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.

2. (b)

   1. (1) The Board may set reasonable fees for the issuance and renewal of registrations and other services.
   2. (2) The fees charged shall be set so as to approximate the cost of registering pharmacy technicians.
