Board actions regarding discipline; dismissal of charges

- (a) If the Board finds that there are grounds under § 11-313 of this subtitle for action, the Board shall pass an order in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act.1
(b) If the Board finds that there are no grounds under § 11-313 of this subtitle for action, the Board:
- (1) Immediately shall dismiss the charges and exonerate the licensee;
- (2) Shall expunge all records that relate to the charges; and
- (3) May not take any further action on the charges.
