Director subject to authority of Secretary

(a)
1. (1) The Director exercises the powers, duties, and responsibilities of office subject to the authority of the Secretary.
2. (2) The Director shall report to the Deputy Secretary for Behavioral Health.
(b) The Secretary may exercise any power or perform any duty of the Administration.
