Meetings, compensation of board

- (a) Each board shall meet at least 4 times a year, at the times and places that it determines.
(b) A member of a board:
- (1) May not receive compensation; but
- (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations,1 as provided in the State budget.
