- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Alternative therapies” includes hyperbaric oxygen therapy and psychedelics including 3,4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA), psilocybin, and ketamine.
- (c) “Fund” means the Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Traumatic Brain Injury Alternative Therapies Fund.
