1. (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.

2. (b) “Frozen dessert” means:

   1. (1) Ice cream and frozen custard;
   2. (2) Ice milk;
   3. (3) Mellorine;
   4. (4) Sherbet;
   5. (5) Water ice;
   6. (6) Goat milk ice cream and goat milk frozen custard;
   7. (7) Goat milk ice milk;
   8. (8) Quiescently frozen confection;
   9. (9) Quiescently frozen dairy confection; or

   10. (10)

       1. (i) Any frozen food product that is similar in appearance, odor, or taste to any of the products listed in this subsection;
       2. (ii) Any frozen food product that is prepared or frozen in the same way as any of the products listed in this subsection; or
       3. (iii) The mix that is used in any of the products listed in this subsection.
3. (c) “License” means a license issued by the Secretary to manufacture in this State a frozen dessert or a mix for a frozen dessert.
