1. (a) The State Health Services Cost Review Commission promptly shall give the Commissioner and the Secretary any financial information that the Commission acquires about each facility that is:

   1. (1) Under the jurisdiction of the Commission; and
   2. (2) Subject to this subtitle.
2. (b) If requested by the Commissioner or the Secretary, the State Health Services Cost Review Commission shall provide any other information that the Commission is authorized to acquire about health maintenance organizations regulated under this subtitle.
