1. (1) Adopt a policy describing the protocol of the hospital when there is an immigration enforcement action at the hospital consistent with the guidance of the Attorney General issued under § 6-111 of the State Government Article;
2. (2) Make the hospital's immigration enforcement action policy available to all hospital staff members; and
3. (3) Provide annual training to all hospital staff members to ensure the staff's knowledge and understanding of the immigration enforcement action policy.
