1. (a) With the approval of the Governor, the Commission shall appoint an Executive Director, who is the chief administrative officer of the Commission.
2. (b) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Commission.
3. (c) Under the direction of the Commission, the Executive Director shall perform any duty or function that the Commission requires.
