Issuance, contents of permit

(a) The Secretary shall issue a permit to any applicant who meets the requirements of this subtitle.
(b) The Secretary shall include on each permit:
1. (1) The name of the permittee;
2. (2) The address of the permittee; and
3. (3) The expiration date of the permit.
