1. (a)

   1. (1) The Department, in collaboration with the Commission on Health Equity, shall develop a clear and easy-to-understand graphic data dashboard that includes age-adjusted health disparity data disaggregated by race, ethnicity, and gender.

   2. (2) The data dashboard shall include information regarding the following health indicators:

      1. (i) Health insurance access;
      2. (ii) Cardiovascular disease;
      3. (iii) Chronic disease;
      4. (iv) Mental health and substance use;
      5. (v) Cancer;
      6. (vi) HIV/AIDS;
      7. (vii) Sexually transmitted infection;
      8. (viii) Body mass index; and
      9. (ix) Any other health indicators determined relevant by the Department.

2. (b) The Department shall:

   1. (1) Update the data dashboard developed under subsection (a) of this section on a quarterly basis, as determined by data availability; and
   2. (2) Post the most recent updated data dashboard prominently on its website.
