1. (a) On or before December 1, 2023, the Commission shall submit an interim report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and the House Health and Government Operations Committee.
2. (b) On or before December 1, 2024, the Commission shall submit an interim report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and the House Health and Government Operations Committee.
3. (c) On or before October 1, 2025, the Commission shall submit a final report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, the Senate Finance Committee, the House Appropriations Committee, and the House Health and Government Operations Committee.
