1. (a) The Secretary, or the Secretary's designee, and the Executive Director of the Health Services Cost Review Commission, or the Executive Director's designee, shall cochair the Commission.

2. (b) A member of the Commission:

   1. (1) May not receive compensation as a member of the Commission; but
   2. (2) Is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
3. (c) The Department shall provide staff support for the Commission.
