- (a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.
- (b) “Fund” means the State Brain Injury Trust Fund.
- (c) “Secretary” means the Secretary of Health.
- (d) “Traumatic brain injury” has the meaning established in the policies and procedures adopted by the State Traumatic Brain Injury Advisory Board under § 13-2105 of this title.
